ja kaum zu glauben aber war, wir haben 2 von den haeusern so toll gefunden, das wir da ein angebot gemacht haben, und nach hin und herverhandeln, hats beim 2. haus geklappt, und wir treten jetzt den 2 oder 3 monatigen kaufprozess an.
das haus ist wirklich toll, innendrin mit kamin, holzfussboden, und sehr gut instand gehalten.
das beste vom haus ist, das man zu fuss zum see gehen kann, und wenn wir ein kanu haben, das dort gleich zu wasser lassen koennen. ach ja und dann ist da noch ein gaestebungalow, was man vermieten kann, damit ich auch was zu tun habe, und gleich nebendran noch ein whirlpool.
unbelivable but true, 2 of the houses we saw, were really cool and we put in an offer, and we got lucky with the 2nd one. now we are starting the 2 to 3month housebuying procedure.
the house is walking distance to a big lake, which is even greater, as soon as we get a kanu, and also walking distance to the town, but still in a what appears to be a nice and quiet neighbourhood. it is not to big, has 2 stories with wooden floors a big brick fireplace, almost new kitchen and appliances and a big covered front porch, and then there is the guesthouse, which can be rented out as a vacation cottage, so i have something to do, and the whirlpool outside.
and it has a big front and back yard, without a fence to let the deer and bears in.
